Metal card

Metal card is a thin copper card that was developing in according to sample card after through electroplating etch by electrolyte, partial metal card is more than a color or stamping process. Metal card is base on copper, some high-grade card surface of metal card coated with certain percentage of gold or silver; therefore, Metal card initially called Gold card or Silver card. Metal card reveals a respectful atmosphere, is the status symbol or logo of guest.

Common crafts: frosted shading with spot color, electrophoresis colored dot, plated gold laser shades, plated gold in fine-screen, plated white, plated silver, gold matte shading and so on.

Specifications of making metal card crafts:

Ø       Size: three size we have, 85mm×54mm, 80mm×50mm, 76mm×44mm and customrized.

Ø       Thickness: the common thickness we do is 0.36mm,but we also can do 0.25mm, 0.40mm, 0.50mm so on.

Ø       Color: contains three screens printing color, also can make multicolor metal card.

Ø       Lace: select from lace stock, or design as you like.

Ø       Shading: card stock provide beautiful shading selection.(or according to the sample card)

Ø       Card number: ink number (also call flat number), corrosion embossing number; corrosion concave number, concave and embossing number.
